- There are three times that we turn to ACT Personnel. Like most other companies we sometimes need extra help for special projects during a peak. We have also used ACT to fill a temporary position, allowing us to cover a short term need without increasing our permanent payroll. In addition, we may screen permanent employees by working them through ACT on a temporary basis. - Three years ago our small business hired a temp from ACT. At the time, we had no employees other than myself, and we were in an emergency situation requiring someone to set up a sales and leads tracking system quickly. ACT found the perfect bright and energetic young person to fill that need. She programmed the system and had it running within a few days, and made our company the hero.

- I want to thank you for the excellent service you have provided our hospital through the provision of temporary employees. Not only is the process painless and the cost reasonable, the quality of the staff provided has been excellent.
We have used Act twice, once for an interim employee in our storeroom, and once for a clerk-typist to assist with a heavy workload. The worker provided to us for our storeroom was so good that the other employees begged us to hire him. Unfortunately, we had no regular position to offer him. The clerk-typist provided was so well qualified in her computer skills, poise and professionalism that we hired her into our Operating Room Coordinator position.
