Temp-to-Hire Staffing
Ensure your next hire is a great fit, before you commit to a full-time hiring decision. ACT Personnel’s temp-to-hire program eliminates the time, expense and aggravation associated with sourcing and screening candidates for full-time positions. We do all the work, and only place the most qualified candidates. This enables you to:

• Conduct an on-the-job evaluation of job candidates
• Assess their skills and determine whether they fit in your work environment

The temp-to-hire employee works for ACT Personnel during a predetermined trial period. At the end of the trial, if you like the employee, he or she can be transferred to your payroll. There are many different fee options available.

On-site Staffing
If you regularly employ a large number of temporaries, ACT Personnel will provide an On-site Manager to:

• Coordinate all staffing requirements with your HR department and line managers
• Ensure timely fulfillment of all staffing requisitions
• Oversee and manage all temporary workers

For temporary staffing, if you are not satisfied with an employee that we send, notify us within the first eight hours, and you will not be charged for that candidate.
