If you know someone who's interested in a new job, tell us. If we hire your friend, you get a bonus! For permanent placements you will get $100 and for temporary positions $50. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can send us.

Simply choose the position that you think they fit and click on "Refer-A-Friend" to complete the referral form with their information along with your own.

Do you have a referral who you think would be great with our company but don't see a position right for them? We always have new job opportunities, so even if we do not have a current listing that matches their criteria, we may be able to find a position at a later time.

Terms and Conditions for our Referral Bonus Program.
Referral bonus amounts may differ based on individual job postings.

1. When the individual referred to us accepts a permanent position through ACT Personnel Service, we will send you $100 after our client has employed that individual for 100 days.
2. When the individual referred to us works a temporary assignment, we will send you $50 following completion of only 160 hours of employment at that assignment. When that temporary employee is hired by our client, and remains with the client for at least 50 days, we will send you an additional $50.
3. There is no limit to the number of qualified candidates you may refer. You will receive bonuses for each one, according to the rules above.
4. Simply complete the Bonus Card Form and we will do the rest. If you need more forms, give us a call!
